Fitness Classes

BODYPUMP™: This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

CXWORX™ Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!  CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.  It’ll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger!

F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training): Interval training will supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and start reaching those goals that you have set yourself. This group exercise class incorporates cardio and strength workouts to help build stamina while sculpting lean muscle mass.

Group Cycling: offers a cardiovascular workout by changing pedaling rate and degree of resistance.

Fitness Mania: Just like it sounds, Fitness Mania is a combination of all thing fitness. Resistance work, strength and cardio conditioning. Inspired by Personal Training workouts, let Fitness Mania take your fitness to the next level.

Pilates: For all levels of participation. This class is designed to help increase body control and conditioning. Exercisers focus on breathing, centering, and flowing movements.

Yoga: This class allows members to focus on basic Yoga techniques while learning the essentials of Yoga exercise.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin & International music for fitness through body sculpting and dance steps. You do not need dance experience for the class.

Older Adult Fitness - SilverSneakers

MS ROM: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Circuit: Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.

YogaStretch: Move your body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, and balance. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Water Fitness

Deep Water Exercise: A challenging class held in the deep end of the pool. Members use a flotation belt to hold them in a vertical position while doing a variety of aerobic activities and movements.

Water Walk: This aquatics class in shallow water includes a variety of activities for aerobic exercise as well as activities to target range of motion, strength, endurance, and balance.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program: A low impact class for individuals with arthritis, limited joint motion, strength, or cardio-respiratory function.
Tai Chi: Focus on Mind, Body, and Spirit with flowing exercise and relaxation, using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso.

Yoga Stretch: Experience the integration of water with the ancient science of yoga. Modified yoga postures in the pool enhance balance, structural alignment, and flexibility.

Hydro-Run: Use deep and shallow water running techniques to improve muscle strength, endurance, and power, while improving cardio-respiratory function. A flotation belt is worn for deep water running.

Deep/Shallow Cardio Combo: Work in both shallow and deep water to improve cardio-respiratory conditioning, muscle strength and tone, and flexibility. Flotation belts will be worn in deep water by Members. Water shoes will enhance your shallow water workout.

Aquacisors: This class is held in shallow water so there is less stress on the body. It is helpful to anyone with arthritis, or who has minor aches and pains.

All group fitness classes are available to Program Members with a $10.00 daily pass.

All water fitness classes are appropriate for pre/post natal women with physician’s approval to exercise. Please let your instructor know if you are pregnant.
