BodyPump®
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast! CORE
CXWORX is a short core workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness while strengthening and toning the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

GRIT™
Short, sharp bursts of effort allow you to reach maximum training zones. This high intensity interval training class (HIIT) is offered in three forms strength, cardio, and plyo.

Group Cycling / RPM
For beginning to advanced cyclists of all fitness levels, Group Cycling offers a cardiovascular workout by changing pedaling rate and degree of resistance on the bike.

HIIT
A high intensity interval training workout. A combination of basic exercises one with interval timing and periodic breaks.

Pilates
Pilates is designed to improve strength, mobility and happiness. Slow, simple movements tone your abs, glutes, back and hips. Expert guidance builds technique and control. Modern breathwork creates renewal and bliss.

Rock Steady Boxing®
Rock Steady Boxing is an exercise program specifically targeting individuals fighting Parkinson’s disease. After an initial assessment by GO Physical Therapy, participants are let through a series of exercises designed to improve fine motor skills, strengthen muscles, and lessen tremors among other benefits.

Sculpt
Non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on core strength. May use light weights, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination.

SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Balance and Stability
This class is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

SilverSneakers Yoga
You will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Spinning
Spinning is a form of high-intensity, low-impact exercise that involves using a stationary bicycle in a classroom setting. Spinning is a great aerobic activity and will help strengthen the muscles of the lower body.

Sprint™
This is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

Tai Chi/Qi Gong
Tai Chi and Qi Gong help improve balance, increase flexibility and control stress. Recent studies indicate these can strengthen the immune system, improve cardiovascular health and increase strength and mobility. These movements can be done by anyone, anywhere. No special equipment is needed, and the movements can be done seated or standing.

Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy, calorie-burning dance fitness class with easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Zumba Gold
Recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower intensity with easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga classes are slower paced and focus on stretching and strengthening the body while improving balance and reducing stress. They are suitable for all levels and ages, and can be beneficial for people with pain, anxiety or trouble sleeping.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
A combination of Yoga styles that combines poses, movement, breathing and relaxation.

Our Instructors care about your safety as you exercise. They offer modifications to movements to assist those at different fitness levels or those with injuries. Please let your instructor know if you need modifications.
